Acceptable use

SageMap tools are free for non-abusive use. You agree not to:

• Use our tools to facilitate spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email outside your jurisdiction's consent rules.
• Probe, scan, or scrape SageMap infrastructure beyond normal product usage.
• Resell or rebrand SageMap's hosted tools as your own.

No warranty

SageMap tools are provided “as is.” Results from our analyzers are advisory and not a guarantee of email deliverability or campaign performance. You are responsible for verifying critical decisions before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageMap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our tools.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
